None of us can really give you specific information about your case. Perhaps you could see whether a disability lawyer could negotiate for your case for free if you're being removed because of disability reasons or a lack of accommodations. There is an ADA law (Americans for Disability Act) that protects against discrimination.
Wrightslaw.com has many articles that could help with your case. Usually it doesn't have to come to a lawsuit - but a lawyer helping negotiate your case, make sure that the school is providing appropriate accommodations etc.

Thank you for your informative and prompt reply. I will look into wrightslaw.com and consider getting some representation. The dean and registrar are on my side, I don't want to blame anyone but I can get advice without a suiting. Thanks again and I'm so glad I found this great community :)
I guess advice would be based upon why you are having to re-enter the program....did you have issues with the testing or what?
